Financial Consulting (“CFC”) was established on October 1, 1997, in
Albuquerque, New Mexico, and specializes in providing financial advisory
services to New Mexico issuers of tax-exempt, general obligation, municipal
bonds, including those issuers that have oil and natural gas property and
production as part of their tax base. Because school districts are the main
issuers of general obligation bonds in New Mexico, most of CFC’s clients are school
districts. Charles Casey is the owner of Casey Financial Consulting. Mr. Casey has over 41 years of diversified experience in finance and has specialized in public finance for the last twenty-six years.
